National Youth Remembrance

The National Youth Remembrance is an annual event in the Netherlands that has taken place every year since 2016, in addition to the National Remembrance Day. It provides the space for young people to reflect on war victims – of all times – in their own way.

The Smartphone Orchestra’s touching, tailor-made piece is a poignant reminder of the lost children of the Second World War,  encouraging us to hold our own children closer and to never forget what happened all those years ago.
